Help with System Alert when I reboot

System seems to function fine, but when I reboot, this error pops up in my alerts

Processor #0xff Asserted FRB3/Processor startup/init failure

googling it pulls up Intel stuff, but not seeing a definitive answer for the Alert ..

MOBO: ASRockRack ROMED6U-2L2T
RAM: 384G ECC Crucial from the QVL of the mainboard
