Help Setting up Categories in Transmission

I have Couchpotato Sickbeard and Sabnzbd automation working nicely and wanted to add Transmission for the few times when I need to grab something via torrents. Does anyone else use Transmission and know how to setup categories to send Couch and Sick's downloads to separate folders?

This is not a FreeNAS/plugin system-related issue, but I'm going to answer anyway because I solved this by using Filebot.

(This is for linux but isn't much different, you'll need java installed in your jail)

I am planning on using this script. https://github.com/clinton-hall/nzbToMedia/wiki/transmission but I am stuck on step 3.

iii. Other categories/labels defined for your downloader. Does not include CouchPotato,
SickBeard, HeadPhones, Mylar categories. (make sure Tranmission downloads to categories
(Like TV) otherwise nzbtomedia does not know the category & how to process)

The part were it says Make sure Transmission downloads to categories implies that Transmission has some sort of built in category or grouping but I cannot find it.

It does not have that as far as I know, that's why you need to use something like Filebot.

Or use another torrent downloader that supports this.
