Help How To Add Plugins To Plex

Self explanatory cant find a way to add plugins to plex (Plex Is Installed) I know I can I looked on the forms but everything is either outdated or I just don't understand how to do it New to TrueNas. Do I have to use Shell I also Tried to add it manually but root wont give permission to go into plugins Thanks (:

Like I know they work Yes it is discontinued/not supported but some still work dont gaslight me I have WebTool on The windows version I just need to know how to do it on TrueNas because it locks you out
