Hello!
I've tried to pinpoint this problem by reading the forums and googling. But I think I've found the problem but not how to solve it.
The problem: Every 30min for 10sec the HDDs get busy, really busy! 50-80% and it doesn't sound healthy at all.
The HW:
Microserver gen8
16GB ECC RAM
4x3TB WD RED
Xeon 1230v2
What I've tried:
Revert to 11.1-U4 from current 11.1-U6 but the problem is persistent, so this has been going on for a while!
Turning off all services via UI.
Turning off all scheduled tasks.
Clearing up space since it was close to 80%.
What I found: a Command called 'sendmail' in State 'zio->:' that starts and stops with the overload. Check screenshot.
I am baffled!
