Couldn't hurt to replace the data cable at least to rule it out and if it still has error try moving that drive to a free SATA port and off the HBA if you can to test. I would test the HBA and cable before you go through the process of backing up everything and re-creating the array.

EDIT: Of course after posting I started thinking something... What I find as odd is your drive da4 is running SMART Extended (aka. Long) tests, so instead of running the test via the command line, run it via the GUI. It may work.

doesnt seem to work either from the UI.

heres the error i get.
Code:
Expected Finished Time:
da6: 2022-04-04 22:09:09

regardless i did a zpool clear ThreeTBM and the pool is showing good now.

Touch wood it will remain good or if it is the drive that will fail before its warranty is up in a few months.

I got a replacement drive, HBA and cable in the off chance the issue occurs again and is not the drive.

Thanks all for the help.

Maybe the option would be to try to accelerate that by taking it out of the pool and running badblocks on it for a few passes to try to beat the clock.

Unfortunately by you posting just partial outputs, while you think you are giving enough information, you are removing context. The only drive you provided enough data about was the Purple drive on da4. All the other issues were lacking in details, will in my opinion. A lot of those drives are presently running a SMART test, I can't tell which one, hence the message
=== START OF OFFLINE IMMEDIATE AND SELF-TEST SECTION === Can't start self-test without aborting current test (80% remaining), add '-t force' option to override, or run 'smartctl -X' to abort test.
Although that doesn't help you for the drive on da0.

I do hope that you keep knocking on wood and your system remains trouble free for a long time. Good Luck.
