GPU not recognized in Plex for HW transcoding

this is my system
OS Version:TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.1.3
Product:MS-7751
Model:Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50GHz
Memory:16 GiB
gpu asus 1070 8gb

No isolated GPU

I used the newest plex server version

I can't seem to select the gpu for HW transcoding

I tried to check and uncheck the GPU support in app advanced setting but no luck.

Anyone has any idea ?
