Fresh install. IP not opening on other devices

Hi everyone,
Have installed latest TrueNAS SCALE 22.12. It returns an IP address which is not accessible from other devices.

Returned IP address is different from the one in the router (192.168.1.120). I do have mild understanding that something is wrong in networking, but I cannot pinpoint what it is. I added screenshot of ifconfig log.

I tried manually configuring IP address, but ended up confused as most of the videos/tutorials show how to do it on TrueNAS Core, not Scale where the UI is a bit different. Will appreciate any help that could nudge me in the right direction.

System info:
Asrock B550 PG Riptide
AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
SSD disks Kingston NV2 250GB (boot)
5x Crucial 1TB SSD
Using the onboard gigabit Ethernet

something is wrong in networking
Something is very wrong in your network configuration if your router is giving out leases in 192.168.1.0/24 and your NAS has an IP in 10.something. Are you sure that first entry--the 192.168.1.120--actually belongs to your NAS? Because your NAS clearly isn't using that IP, and that leaves me wondering where the IP it is using came from.

To manually set an IP address for an interface, choose option 1 from the console menu. Select the interface in question and press Enter. Then turn off DHCP and enter the desired IP and subnet mask as an "alias" (yeah, I know, that's pretty much the opposite of intuitive). The netmask will likely be 24 bits, so enter "192.168.1.whatever/24". Then save the settings, apply, and persist.
