FreeNAS server rejecting incoming connections: VNC, SSH

Hello,
I have server: HP Proliant DL380 G6, it has 4 NIC's, in BIOS disabled 3 of them.
FreeNAS working throuh WEB with no problems.
BUT I can't connect to VM throug: ULTRAvnc, tightvnc and etc, programs says: that failed to connect, or connection refused...

Installed W10 and Virtualbox - can create and administrate VM
VMware also works perfectly
But different with FreeNAS :(
