Another quick update for anyone curious :)
The server has successfully navigated the Memory, CPU, SMART and BADBLOCKS tests. I am currently running the SOLNET tests. I still need to install the 16GB SSDs, so just running off of the flash drives so far. I do have pictures, but I need to get them cleaned up (size wise) so I can post them. I have been playing around with the RAIDZ3 options and I must say I am so far super impressed with the numbers coming back. Internally, the dd speeds ROCK. I am easily able to saturate single gigabit speeds across my network. The CPU is pretty darn impressive too; it barely yawns to handle the work loads I have sent it thus far :) Having lots of fun in my new geek hobby.
