Hi,

today, after upgrade to FN 11.1.-U2, i wanted edit user properties (email adress) and i got error. Home directory was set to "user" dataset share, but before i had set it to "/nonexistent". Dataset have windows acl.

I wanting again set home directory to "/nonexistent" with button, but there is no button for this. Only i can manually wrote it.

Why do you want it set to nonexistent?

Also, you should create a bug report for the traceback when you click the email address button. Do so at bugs.freenas.org and post the issue number here.

Thx for reply.
i will create bug report.
Why i want set nonexistent? I dont use "home directory" for my users. Some datasets are "shared" for more users and some not. For uniformity, i desided, always use nonexistent (maybe is mistake, but i do not had any problems with it, until now). Strange is, that i never set "home directory" to any dataset (always had nonexistent).

How i finded it: after upgrade i needed change email adress on one user. But i couldt change it - permission error. After examining settings, i finded, that FN have set as homedirectory "windows dataset". This dataset have set "owner (user)" and "owner (group)" to this user....
