SOLVED FreeNAS 9.3 hang at acpi0: powering system off, Asrock C2750D4I

I have the following setup

Asrock C2750D4I
sandisk cruzer fit 8gb usb
FreeNAS 9.3

When I power of via the GUI or shell, the shutdown process would hang at the line acpi0: powering system off.

Cause and resolution will be appreciated.

That's interesting. I wonder if you have a BIOS setting that is causing the problem...

I have figured it out. Turns out the issue can be resolved if I disabled PCIE devices power on in Bios. I enabled this setting earlier for WOL.
