FreeNAS 11 missing plugins, but works?

so I just upgraded to 11 (was running nightlies and had to boot from 9.10 to go forward)and the jails are still built but in the plugins section, installed is empty. I can get to plex (movies work too), sabnzb etc but the system doesn't show them in the gui. if I try to install it just creates another instance. is there anyway to fix this so I don't have to redo my plea library?

To clarify, the jails are listed in the UI but not the installed plugins?
