FreeNAS-11.3-U5 --> TrueNAS CORE 12.0-U4: Alert and Plugins error

After rebooting from the upgrade, I have an Alert message about:
NFS services could not bind to specific IP addresses, using 0.0.0.0.
Sun, 27 Jun 2021 08:33:42 AM (Europe/London)


I have also found that the plex and emby plugings cannot be updated due to:
Error: Major ABI change detected, please run 'upgrade' instead.
