Hi, I just updated from 9.10 to 11-RC2 and I found that the names setting in:
Sharing > Windows (SMB) Shares > 'Your Shared Folder'

Click on any of the shares and the third row down you can see "Names: "

For that field, if I enter a Chinese name, none of the other computers in the network can see that share but if I set it to a English name it shows up again for them.

Just updated to 11-Release and this problem still persists. Possible fix coming soon? Thanks in advance.

The reason other boxes can't see this share is that it's not configured in SMB. Yes, that's simple, you can see it yourself in the smb4.conf file - share with non-ASCII name won't be there.

The good news is that this problem is fixed now and the fix should be included into 11.0-U2.
