Well this is the 2nd time I've awoke in the last 2 day to find my NAS crashed. The only change between the first & second time was using a new flash drive.

Can anyone tell me what does this one mean?

Are you able to dump the core, which could then be debugged (not by me, obviously, but someone the required skills! :)) I think it was mentioned that this would be enabled in nightlies, or could be enabled, can't remember which...

I'm not sure that's possible with 8.02, but I thought from a previous post with this type of message that a screenshot was sufficient. Everything been running pretty smoothly up to this point. I haven't made any significant changes lately other than changing the flash drive a few days ago after it crashed and the flash drive seemed corrupt after that.

Trap 12 usually means memory problems.
Run memtest86+ for a few hours to figure out if this is the case

I agree with peterh but run memtest for 3 complete passes which could take considerable time. My own Trap 12 experience tells me to thoroughly test your hardware. I just tossed you an email with recommendations based on what I know about your system setup.
