Hello,
I have a breakdown on my home server freenas. I did it with old PCs and it worked well for 4 years. Today, it bug, it restarts alone or freezes. I think this is the small hard drive where I installed the software freenas 9. I currently have a 2TB disk for my files, a mirror is planned later.
If I remove the hard drive containing freenas and I install version 11 on a USB key, I will lose all my files? (I can not save: photos and music, it's good, but the nas bug before the end of downloading videos: suddenly filezilla starts once the connection is restored ..)
Next question: how can I duplicate this future usb key to avoid this kind of pb.
I want to clarify that I am far from a pro, and the worst is that I do not know the unix language.

J'ai une panne sur mon serveur maison freenas. Je l'ai fait avec des vieux PC et il fonctionnait bien depuis 4 ans. Aujourd'hui, il bug, il redémarre tout seul ou se fige. Je crois que c'est le petit disque dur où j'ai installé le logiciel freenas 9. Je n'ai actuellement qu'un disque de 2To pour mes fichiers, un miroir est prévu plus tard.
Si j'enlève le disque dur contenant freenas et que j'installe la version 11 sur une clé USB, je vais perdre tous mes fichiers?( je n'arrives pas à sauvegarder: les photos et les musiques, c'est bon, mais le nas bug avant la fin de téléchargement des vidéos: du coup filezilla recommence une fois la connexion rétablie ..)
Question suivante: comment puis-je dupliquer cette future clé usb pour éviter ce genre de pb.
je tiens à préciser que je suis loin d'être un pro, et le pire c'est que je ne connais pas le langage unix.
