Error: Disk replacement failed: "invaild vdev specs"... but can't see "used" ID

Hey Guys,
today i wanted to replace a disk on my freenas.
But sadly i get this error message:

Error: Disk replacement failed: "invalid vdev specification, use '-f' to override the following errors:, /dev/gptid/fbca0c85-9f2a-11e4-9dea-001517922e8d is part of active pool 'SAS_Pool', "

Output of Zpool Status:

state: DEGRADED

I can't see this ID from this error message.
So i stuck somehow...
Any Ideas?

EDIT: Is it possible to change the gptid?

So you replaced a disk. Need more info...
1) What instructions were you following?
2) What version of FreeNAS are you running?
3) List your system specs.
4) Explain exactly what you did.
5) Did you ever read the forum rules? I ask because you didn't include any of the requested information.
6) Did you try a Google Search for this error because I do see postings like this periodically?

Lastly, do not use the -f parameter unless you know what you are doing. Now you may need to use it but first you want to try the things that won't damage your pool.
