Hi!

So I have tried and tried and I think this is my last attempt. I try to install FreeNAS (no shit) and when I boot I get the Error 1 lba 362616. When I google it it gives zero hits, many like it but no exact match. As so many others there is that kernel and no loader problem.

The facts:

FreeNAS-9.2.1-RELEASE-x86.img.xz installed with confidence on a USB stick
An old core duo with a gigabyte ga-73pvm-s2h motherboard bios up to date.

So any idea or question?

You extracted FreeNAS-9.2.1-RELEASE-x86.img from the xz file before imaging it to the flash drive, right?
Also check the SHA256 hash of the file you downloaded.

Last, the search phrase you're looking for is: Error 1 lba

Looked at bios and it did not work. Yes I extracted that file. What is the SHA256? The problem remains :(

Thank you for taking your time!
