.DS_Store Already Exists?

Hi Gang!

SO I am trying to move files from my old Synology NAS to the new freeNAS box (from an iMac). Every now and then I am getting:

The operation can't be completed because an item with the name ".DS_Store" already exists.

Which in turn stops the copying session. Both boxes have AFP shares (Mac).
Am I missing something, or is this a bug?
