disk in mirrored boot-pool has died - unable to replace it from web interface

One of my SSD drives in my boot-pool has died. I have physically replaced it on the hardware, but when I try to replace it via the web interface under:
System -> Boot -> Status -> disk
the interface hangs:

I may have caused myself more headache: Since Replace was freezing, I clicked on Detach, and without any warning, the disk was removed from my mirrored pool!

How can I put the replacement disk into the mirrored pool?

I was able to attach the replacement disk to the mirrored pool (very easy, but it was confusing when the screen froze and then I wasn't given the option to do anything after a I clicked the Detach button!)

On another note, here is what crystal reports about the "failed" drive:

What am I missing that TrueNAS found?

Right... But TrueNAS flagged it as failed and removed it from the pool... I'll try putting it back in a few days, assuming this one doesn't give me any issues
