According to the documentation [freenas : Services: FTP]:
A subset of the FTP parameters are defined as:

Client: Maximum number of simultaneous clients.
Connections: Set the maximum number of connections per IP address. 0 means unlimited.

What's the difference between an FTP client and an FTP connection?
