BUT ,When I use FileZilla to Connect FreeNas8 with the account u1001 or anonymous

the error message show :"ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server"
I can login .

My qiestio are:
Q1.are ther any steps can show me how to set the ftp?
Q2. Can I give different document(home) to different group,and give different permission,How?
