DHCP Not running

I have (had) a very stable 11. system mainly running a few jails/plugins.

Since (several repeated) upgrades to TNC12RC1 several Jails aren't running and can't run even when "started" reporting DHCP not running

I was hoping the transition 11. to 12 TNC would be a simple overwrite process. So far, not. Is it a simple switch somewhere, or does it need more info/delving?
