DHCP errors Truenas 13

I get this error when trying to install plugins in Truenas 13 under DHCP settings, (

Error: hannaplex had a failure Exception: RuntimeError Message: + Acquiring DHCP address: FAILED, address received: ERROR, check jail logs Stopped hannaplex due to DHCP failure Partial plugin destroyed

I have done a lot of searching and cant seem to find anything that works.can anyone help?
