Normally, a dataset cannot be deleted when it is already used by one of the services, such as shares.
Make sure no shares are making use of it.

I already removed all shares that were using the Dataset, i didn't stop the service cause i'm using it to different shares.

Ok i managed to do it, i had to reboot freenas.

Now when i created the new Dataset i didn't manage to set group premissions (more than one group) on it did it change from FreeNas 9 to 11.2?

Can you help me?

I believe, only the user interface is different, but the underlying process should still be the same.
If you have trouble doing it under the new GUI, you can still open the GUI from the legacy interface. Maybe you will get a better hang of the issue then.

That solved it thanks for the assist :D
In the old GUI you had all groups displayed and you could move the ones you wanted now it only shows you one option.
I will be changing my user and group "system"
