Hello,

I ask for your help because I have a funny problem on truenas scale recently installed.
I have a raidZ composed of 3*4TB + 120GB SSD cache.
After barely 2 weeks of operation, it went into degradation.

I don't understand, I have nothing in the S.M.A.R.T test result.
So I ran a badblock test, nothing either.
I removed the disk from the NAS to connect it to my computer.
SMART test under windows 11 RAS.
test "chkdsk" nothing reported

test Hard Disk Sentinel pro:

Please list your entire hardware. If the model number is correct for your 4TB drive, "WD40EFRX", then it's not a SMR drive. Which is good news, at least on that front.

It's possible (not common) there is an an issue with that particular SATA port.... eg poor solder joint... not just the sata cable.
