Cron job auto shutdown problems please help

I am trying to get my NAS to shutdown at 1159pm each night with little success I have posted what I have done to get this going but it does not seem to work. if anyone has any ideas that would be great thanks.

Unix is case sensitive : shutdown instead of Shutdown...
