Could not retrieve usernext

Hi everybody,

My name is Peter and I'm new to FreeNAS and this Forum. The reason I'm here
is because of a suddenly appeared error.

We are using FreeNAS on the DataStorageServer of our WebApplication.
Since one week I'm experiencing problems when creating a new user.

When I select Add User the error Could not retrieve usernext occurs.
See attachment for the screenshot, any help would be appreciated. :)

Well, the first thing I'd do is try upgrading to 9.2.1.6.

I will update as soon as I have some extra time. :)

I investigated a bit further, and it turned out I couldn't add new groups as well.
After I deleted the last created group, all of the sudden I could add users and groups again.

So for now I'm 'saved' :)
