looking to build 2 TrueNAS servers. the first is pretty well planned but the second will be MUCH larger.
I've seen notes about how ZFS doesn't have expand yet. but in my mind that can mean many things.
1. tacking extra drives on to the end of a RaidZ vol
2. one by one replacing drives in an existing pool till all drives are the 'new' larger size then growing the vol to take up all the new space.
3. Changing the raidz level between 1, 2 and 3. this is the one I'm most sure can't be done but the first two are where my primary confusion lies.
can someone please let me know, especially if and how 2. can be done?
