Configure OpenVPN (NordVPN) Client via web UI?

Couple of questions about OpenVPN:

1. I couldn’t find any clear instructions for configuring OpenVPN client with NordVPN via the web UI client. Can someone point me or provide some instructions?
2. If I run OpenVPN client this way, will it protect all my jails or should I just install OpenVPN in the jails were needed?
