Can't stop Webdav

Hi all
Since 9.3 beta I can't find a way to stop webdav service.
I see a windows where I can read something like "Webdav service can't be stopped"
In the log it's possible to read:

Solved.
I've some jails and plugins (Plex and a jail with apache installed). Stopped everything, both jails and plex, after that it was possible to stop webdav service easily.
Maybe not a solution, but a good workaround.

I have to turn off my owncloud to stop the WebDav service. I think as the bug feedback, there might be some jails that sharing the same process name which cause the problem. Guess that I have to stop the WebDav until developer come up with solution or fix.
