Can't save any changes made in S3 Configuration Options

Hi, I was trying to setup the S3 service and realized I made a mistake on a setting.
The problem I have, is that any change in the configuration does not let me save the change, regardless of what I modify, the Save button is faded (unclickable)

A reboot did not help, neither did starting or stopping the S3 service.
Is there any way to reset it back to default or unconfigured or better yet, is there a way to modify the S3 settings from CLI ??

I'm on 13.4 Core

Did you ever figure this out? I just had the same thing happen to me with nothing working so far.
