Alert: The following active service is deprecated s3

I have Scale(latest ver) box alert showing: The following active service is deprecated s3. This service is scheduled for removal in a future version of SCALE.
everyday. i do not have s3 enabled. is there any way to disable this message or delete config so it this it is not active. i have another Scale box, same version(new install) that does not show this. The box with the message was upgraded from Core.

I get the same message multiple times a day for months. I enabled S3 to try it and have since disabled it. Does anybody know how to clear the old config to make this message stop?

After several more reboots over time, my install cleared on its own.
