Can't edit installed applications

Hi.
I have successfully update from 21.02 to 21.04 and faced with problem "Edit Application Settings" does not show most of the previous settings, like environment variables, Host Path Volumes etc.
To fix that had try to update to nightly TrueNAS-SCALE-21.04-MASTER-20210426-053338, but this build does not allow to edit settings at all - "Please wait" popup does not disappear.

Any thoughts?

@Konstantin.Ogorodov can you please confirm if you were not able to see the previous settings for an application created via launch docker image wizard ? ( in 21.04 release )

In latest nightlies ( after 21.04 release ), we have had a regression and this PR will https://github.com/truenas/middleware/pull/6812 fix it. After this is merged, i believe the UI issue should still be there as we have have an active ticket for it. However can you please clarify which application in question you were not being able to edit on 21.04 ( not the nightlies ) ? Thank you

On 21.04 release i was trying to launch "PhotoPrism" docker image. Application was successfully launched, but i forget to change admin password, so i stopped application and press "edit" button, but "Edit Application Settings" does not show a lot of settings done previously.

@Konstantin.Ogorodov What @waqarahmed is trying to ask, is if you used the bug blue "Add docker image" button or an "App" (for example: from TrueCharts or iX systems) to launch your docker image.

That makes a significant difference.

@waqarahmed Unable to edit apps at all, also affects Apps from catalogs. Here is a jira ticket I filled earlier. Hope this helps.

I think only Apps installed with "Launch Docker Image" have this problem currently.
