cant connect to plex

so i "successfully" installed plex on FreeNAS everything seems to be right but when i try to connect to the server with ip: http://192.168.1.36:32400/web
chrome says:
The site can't be reached

There is a reason that he is the @Jailer. When it comes to jails, the Jailer is the one who has the answer, but you didn't answer his questions.

directories (/etc/ix.rc.d /usr/local/etc/rc.d), or is not executable

This is why you need to post full system specs, which you still haven't, per the forum rules. It matters.

I'm going to have to defer to someone more knowledgeable, I'm not at all familiar with esxi.

Sorry I can't be of more help. Might want to take a look at the thread linked below if you are going to run FreeNAS on esxi. @Spearfoot is a good resource for esxi issues and troubleshooting as well.
