Can't connect to Eaton 3S UPS

I installed an Eaton 3 S UPS today but I am having trouble to connect to it. I'm running FreeNAS 11.0-U3. The UPS is connected to ugen0.2.

This is how my configuration looks like:

The error message I get when I try upsc ups1 is:
Error: Connection failure. Connection refused.

How can this be solved?

Did you start the UPS service?

Please note that there is a difference between USB Gen devices and USB HID devices. My own APC BackUps Pro 500 UPS did not work with the USB Gen type device. It required the USB HID which took me a long while to figure out. The driver you have selected is a "usbhid-" type device.

Now, I don't know how to solve this but did you see any Eaton UPSes drivers listed without USB HD type device?
