Can't check for update

When i try to check for update i have this error:

Code:

Cannot connect to host update.ixsystems.com:443 ssl:True [SSLCertVerificationError: (1, '[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: certificate is not yet valid (_ssl.c:1123)')]: Automatic update check failed. Please check system network settings.

I get similar error while trying to update apps catalog.
It's fresh stable install, internet works, i can ping google.com without any issues. DNS is set to 1.1.1.1.

Replace your CMOS battery (might not be necessary if it hasn't failed) and then also set the BIOS time on your PC to UTC/Greenwich Time. Do not set it to the time in your local timezone.
