Hello,
I installed FreeNAS for the first time (FreeNAS-8.0.2-RELEASE-amd64 (8288)) and created a new volume with the following information:
Volume Name: Server
Member Disks: checked both of my HDDs
Filesystem Type: ZFS
Force 4096 bytes sector size: unchecked
Group Type: Stripe
Afterwards, I followed the Wiki article "CIFS Shares" following the steps for "Configuring Anonymous Access." When that was done, I went into Windows Expolrer > Network, and saw FREENAS, I clicked on it, and I saw the folder that I named during the configuration, and when I click on the folder, it says, "Access denied." And I have to enter in a username and password.
Now, what am I doing wrong? I followed the Wiki article exactly, and I should be able to access the hdds so I can transfer some files to it, but instead I can't.
Any help will be great.
Thanks.
