Cannot reach installer

Trying to install FreeNAS-11.2-U5.iso on an Avid ISIS 5500 Chassis. USB boot drive for installation. I choose to boot from USB in BIOS and this is what i get (see pic attached)

Any ideas? (The reason i'm not using Avid ISIS is because my Raid Array is not 'Avid Branded' disks (16x WD Enterpise 2TB)
