Can you install duplicate plugins? (CrashPlan specifically)

I just got CrashPlan up and running but I would like the flexibility to divide my backup scheduling across different mounts. I was thinking that if I were able to run dual instances of CrashPlan (one for each mount) that this would solve my issue.
So the question is can I install a duplicate of CrashPlan that would end up in another Jail thus be able to be managed independently?

Sry for my NOObness but is it as easy as selecting the plugin again and clicking 'install'? This will create a new Jail and such?
