Can not upgrade Freenas

I am running Freenas 9.3 Stable and decided to upgrade. I went to the upgrade tab and selected 11.2 Stable and clicked yes when asked to change trains. I then click the "Check now" button and wait until I get an error (Upgrade server can not be reached). I have looked through a few posts and confirmed I have access from my freenas server and can run host update.freenas.org and get IP(s) back. I then found the command line to upgrade (See attachment) it seems my issue is I can't get to https://web.ixsystems.com site. I can also type host web.ixsystems.com and get an ip back, but when I try the site itself in a web page it will not resolve and I just get a timeout. What are my next steps? how can I upgrade my freenas?

Have you tried again? Sometimes the internet is a strange place.

If it still doesn't work so you have some firewall rules that prevent outbound connections?

I have tried several times and still no luck. I doubt I am blocking anything, as I'm successfully resolving http://update.freenas.org/freenas. it seems the issue is when I try to connect to https://web.ixsystems.com. I just tried that link from work and I get the same results. Seems to me like a bad link in the code. I just purchased another usb stick and will install and import config. If anyone knows of any surprises doing this please let me know.
