Camera Management Application for Windows

Does anyone have any good windows apps to manage IP cameras?

I currently use an app called CMS 3.0 (not sure where I got it from) but it keeps crashing sometimes.

HiLook Vision and HikVision work fine on the iPhone and android, but I'm looking for something useable on windows.

I agree that Blue Iris is a good IP camera. It enables organizations to view action lists, capture screenshots, and store audio and video recordings in a centralized repository.
