Asrock E3C224D4I-14S with it's extended ITX board will fit inside the silverstone DS380 even with a SFX PSU. You will need to mod the case by drilling new standoff mounts.

E3C224D4I-14S has 14 ports (2x SATA, 4x SAS Intel, 8x SAS LSI 2308 IT flashable) & 32GB ECC, awesome for freenas, but I've found many posts of people not being able to fit it inside the wonderfully compact DS380 case. The board will extend too far into where the PSU is mounted.
Work around would be to use 1U/FlexATX PSU as suggested, but if you just shift the board upward the SFX PSU will fit perfectly; I mean perfectly no spare room as in snug fit. Only caveat is new standoff motherboard mount need to be drill/tapped & future expansion PCIE card might have issues.
