Apply network tunables to iocage jails?

I've had to do some TCP tuning for my WAN connection to optimize the streaming performance, but the changes I've made with system tunables aren't being applies to my jails, for example the system is running htcp algorithm but my plex jail is still on newreno. Is there a simple way to apply the tunables from freenas ui across all iocage jails?

No, I just applied them manually to each jail.

I also posted a question in hardware if you know the answer... Do VNET relate to VT-C in a way that I would benefit from a nic with VT-C support? I ask bc I have different network tuning done in separate iocage jails that use VNET for networking.
