Application installed and running, but not showing

so I had made a booboo with my network config, ie activated kubernetes and installed an app before adding the bridge for virtualisation. Eventually I gave up and reset the config.

After rebooting and this time configuring my network correctly, I am faced with the following phenomenon:

No apps show as installed, but when I list available apps, adguard home shows as installed. I get offered to install a second instance and get alerted of a name conflict. So it seems to be there. I don't seem to be able to connect to it though.

so my question is how can I either make the thing fully visible to kubernetes or elsewise remove it?

I killed it and when it restarted it showed up
