Immich - Running but not visible

Hello everyone!

Yesterday, I wanted to try out Immich on my TrueNAS box (TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.2).
So I installed it with unchanged default settings, but apparently nothing happened.
I heard the disks being accessed quite some time, but Immich didn't show up under the installed apps.
The previously installed Jellyfin container is shown, running and working just like before.

I assumed something went wrong and I just didn't catch the error message, and tried to install it again.
The UI wouldn't let me, stating the name "immich" is already in use.
So I changed it to "immich2" and hit the install button, this time I got an error message stating the port is already in use.

I opened a new browser tab with IP and port 30041, and oh wonder, Immich is up and running.
And now the million dollar question: How do I get Immich to show up under the Apps menu?
Any hints would be appreciated.

Had the same problem and found a thread in here saying that you need to clear browser cache for TrueNas to update the app list... or just refresh the TrueNAS app page with the keyboard shortcut: CTRL+SHIFT+R

I never thought of that, just restarted the machine, but that didn't work.
