After a reinstall and jail import, emby plugin 'not a plugin' so can't update

Hi,
I had to reinstall FreeNAS without a config backup. I successfully imported my Jails and everything is working. There is now a new emby update but I can't 'update' the emby plugin as Freenas doesn't think it is a plugin. It is a working Jail.
How do I tell Freenas that my existing emby Jail is a 'plugin'?

Which build of FreeNAS (from System -> Information)?

One possibility is to see if you can install the Emby plugin--if successful, it should be at the latest version in its own jail. You can then delete the old one once you've setup the new installation the way you like and have confirmed it is working the way you want.

also if you copy over your /var/db/emby-server folder you could skip some of the setup steps.
