Adding more drives and moving to new server case

I know this has been asked but having issues finding info. I have 2 IBM M1015 cards. Both running v16. I am now getting error:

Firmware version 16 does not match driver version 20 for /dev/mps0. Please flash controller to P20 IT firmware.

I would like to flash them to 20 but not 100% sure how. I am currently only using one in current system so I would like to flash one test then the other. In the new system I will be using both.

If someone can PLEASE point me to the files needs and guide. Both are in v16 IT mode right now.

I have an another NOOB question. I have the 2118it.bin file. How can I copy it to the root of my FreeNAS box from my Windows 10 PC?

Found a way to get it there.

easiest way is to put it on a USB stick with the sas2flsh files and either boot to the USB or use the UEFI shell to mount the USB and run the flashing from there...
