Installed 8.0.1 Beta1 and after rebooting the system the swap size has now dropped. Diskspace looks the same on the reporting tab though. My Diskspace actually was not showing under the reporting tab for the first few minutes, now it shows every time.

Looks like it is not showing my drive on ada2. I checked my Volume and it is showing Online not degraded, also went to View Disks and all 4 of my drives show there.

May just try rebooting the system, but files are currently being written to it so I'll reboot in a couple hours and report back.

That is really strange, somehow the ada2 is drive where freenas is installed...
Please paste the output of "zpool status"

The funny thing is: gpt/ada2 is not /dev/ada2 :)
run "geom label status" to tell us which disk is gpt/ada2

Heh, ok,
so the labels make it confusing, we'll remove them in the next BETA,
so, can you paste the output of gpart show ada4 now?
and also:
sqlite3 /data/freenas-v1.db "select * from storage_disk;"

Thank you

sqlite3 /data/freenas-v1.db "update storage_disk set disk_identifier='{uuid}e9ec0733-6784-11e0-916c-6cf049df499f' where id=3;"

then you should be fine, rebooting would bring back the remaining swap...
this issue happened because in some point you reordered the disks and 8.0 could not handle it...

OK, tried that and after rebooting my swap size is still down
Code:
FreeNAS# swapinfo
Device 1K-blocks Used Avail Capacity
/dev/ada0p1 1048576 0 1048576 0%
/dev/ada1p1 1048576 0 1048576 0%
/dev/ada3p1 1048576 0 1048576 0%
Total 3145728 0 3145728 0%

What do you mean by the following?

After initially setting up FreeNAS I have not done anything with the drives and I have rebooted it several times and it did not loose the swap size until I installed 8.0.1 beta1 and rebooted.

In 8.0 the order numbering of the devices were static, 8.0.1 sees something has changed and cause this issue..
Please paste the output of sqlite3 /data/freenas-v1.db "select * from storage_disk;" again...
