Has anyone opened a ticket for this yet? I see this thread is several years old and don't see anything new from IX staff. I too am having this issue.

This thread is two days old--not one year, much less several.

Howdy. I believe the issue is isolated to a recent update on our CDN. Looks to be corrected now. Could you try to update again?

Thanks sharrison, issue looks to be fixed. "Updates Available" correctly appears on dashboard, and when clicked, shows my correct train and update files.

Should be all fixed now (I was talking to someone on discord). Was a CDN issue. All working for me, now.

I check for updates today and TrueNAS was unable to reach update servers. Has this been fixed yet?

I'm seeing this issue today on my TrueNAS Scale system that is currently on version TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.2. I can ping all kinds of stuff on the internet without issue and my NTP settings appear to be working and the system date / time is correct. Each time I try to update I get this message: "TrueNAS was unable to reach update servers."

I'm also having this problem on TrueNAS Scale. Was running 22.12.2, updated to nightly build 23.10-MASTER-20230320-030321 with no improvement. Also noticed 2.debian.pool.ntp.org NTP was unable to be reached, so I changed to 3.debian.pool.ntp.org. However, I switched back to 2.debian.pool.ntp.org without issue, but still same error message.
